Ex ministro de Economía dijo que la propuesta de Guzmán sobre la deuda "es audaz"
Hernán Lacunza que fue su antecesor en la gestión del expresidente Mauricio Macri sostuvo que aunque faltan datos por conocerse es técnicamente razonable.
El ex ministro de Economía Hernán Lacunza aseguró que la propuesta de renegociación de la deuda diseñada por el actual jefe de la cartera, Martín Guzmán, es "tácticamente audaz".
Así lo analizó el ex funcionario en la gestión de Mauricio Macri después del anuncio realizado ayer por Guzmán en la quinta de Olivos junto al presidente Alberto Fernández, pero señaló que esa información que se conoció hasta el momento es "incompleta".
Lacunza indicó que aún faltan conocerse los plazos que propone la Argentina a sus acreedores, porque sin ello "no puede calcularse valor presente, que es lo relevante".
Lo conocido, dijo el ex funcionario, es "técnicamente razonable" porque no aplica una quita grande de capital y propone acceso a "cupones crecientes".
Además, consideró que la propuesta, al menos por lo que se conoce es "tácticamente audaz" dado que consiste en "no pagar nada en tres años (menos de lo que vence la semana que viene)" y deja margen para negociar".
Lacunza fue el encargado de comenzar a patear pagos de deuda en pesos hacia adelante.
Con esa estrategia de postergar pagos de deuda en pesos, la Argentina cayó en "default selectivo", según las calificaciones realizadas por agencias estadounidenses de riesgo.
