Se viene otra edición del Desafío San Francisco-Miramar
El próximo fin de semana se llevará a cabo la 5ª edición del Desafío San Francisco-Miramar de Rural Bike y los organizadores de esta atractiva prueba, Gustavo Gandino y Julián Roggero, brindaron detalles de la misma.
En el inicio de la charla, Roggero comentó: "Esta va a ser la quinta edición del Desafío San Francisco-Miramar de Rural Bike que se va a realizar el 19, 20 y 21 de mayo, es decir el fin de semana que viene. Estamos bien, ya con los últimos preparativos, ajustando todos los detalles que faltan".
"El viernes 19 se realizarán las inscripciones y las entregas de kits en la Tecnoteca de la ciudad, que está en el Centro Cívico. Vamos a estar ese viernes de 18 a 22 horas. Mientras que el sábado, de 7 a 9 también tomaremos inscripciones, 9.30 se realizará una largada simbólica, la cual irá hacia el Club de Contadores y desde ahí, a las 10, se largará la carrera cronometrada hasta Miramar", detalló.
En este sentido, acotó: "En tanto, el domingo se emprenderá el regreso a las 10 y se llegará a San Francisco aproximadamente a las 18. Esta carrera tendrá tres modalidades: 220 kilómetros, que es competitiva, ida y vuelta, pasando por Colonia Marina, Balnearia y la llegada a Miramar. Después está la modalidad de 110 kilómetros, que es de Miramar a San Francisco, que se largará el domingo desde allá. Y por último están los 45 kilómetros, desde Colonia Marina a San Francisco, esta es una categoría de cicloturismo para que todos vayan a participar y disfrutar. Los primeros diez de cada categoría tendrán trofeos como premio".
Luego, Gustavo Gandino -presidente del Club de Graduados en Ciencias Económicas, apuntó: "El año pasado ya tuvimos una participación en la cuarta edición ya que tanto en la largada como en la llegada se hizo desde nuestro club. En este 2023, por cuestiones organizativas, la gente del Cicles Moto Club nos convocó a nosotros para como club para ser directamente los organizadores".
"Nuestro club es un club de deportes básicamente que nuclea al graduado en ciencias económicas y vimos que esta era una posibilidad de darles a nuestros asociados una alternativa relacionada justamente a una disciplina deportiva. Con esta intención comenzamos a trabajar para que se pueda realizar esta carrera", puntualizó.
"Las tareas son muchas ya que esta competencia, al tener el ida y vuelta, hace necesario tener conexiones y relaciones en cuatro localidades, con los permisos correspondientes y con los caminos de tierras que hay que marcarlos y señalizarlos de la mejor manera", comentó el dirigente.
"Además, por el hecho de que la carrera dura dos días hay que organizar el tema alojamientos y traslado de bolsos. También se contratan ambulancias, habrá policía motorizada que nos estará acompañando, habrá un sistema con chips para controlar la largada y llegada de la carrera. Es una logística importante y estamos trabajando para que todo salga de la mejor manera", destacó.
"Hay que mencionar la carrera es rural, de tierra, y por eso esperamos que el buen tiempo nos acompañe. También quiero destacar el apoyo que hemos tenido del intendente de San Francisco, como así también de los intendentes de Colonia Marina, Balnearia y Miramar ya que sin el respaldo de ellos esta prueba no se podría realizar", subrayó.
Finalmente, Roggero indicó: "Uno siempre trata de progresar año tras año. En 2022 hemos pasado los 250 corredores y este año esperamos llegar a los 300, que sería algo muy lindo para nosotros. Los interesados en anotarse pueden hacerlo en nuestras redes sociales donde hay un link de inscripción. Ya hay gente confirmada de varias provincias como por ejemplo Chaco, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires, San Juan, Chubut y obviamente Córdoba".
