Realizan primer juicio por teleconferencia, una experiencia inédita
Será la primera audiencia de este tipo en el interior provincial.
Mañana lunes se realizará en nuestra ciudad el primer juicio mediante videoconferencia, con la modalidad de trámite abreviado.
El debate se seguirá desde diferentes lugares en los que se ubicquen las partes comunicadas por teletrabajo. Se desarrollará a partir de las 9 en la sala de videoconferencias ubicada en la planta baja de la sede de los Tribunales de la Quinta Circunscripción Judicial.
Idéntica experiencia ya se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Córdoba en tanto que esta será la primera en el interior provincial. La razón de esta "separación" responde a las medidas preventivas que adopta la Justicia para evitar el contagio y la circulación del coronavirus.
Será juzgado un vecino de Arroyito el que se encuentra detenido en el Complejo Penitenciario de Bouwer en Córdoba. Leandro Emanuel Peralta está imputado como supuesto autor de una serie de delitos entre ellos, desobediencia a la autoridad, lesiones graves, daño, robo, hurto y permanece detenido desde enero de 2019.
En esta experiencia inédita en San Francisco, la audiencia estará a cargo del vocal de la Cámara Criminal y Correccional de San Francisco Alejandro Acuña; la acusación, de la fiscal de Cámara Consuelo Aliaga Díaz en tanto que la defensa del acusado es ejercida por el abogado arroyitense Guillermo Flores.
En la sala estarán únicamente el juez y el abogado defensor. La fiscal participará desde su domicilio particular y el imputado lo hará desde una sala especial en el penal de Bouwer.
El juez Acuña indicó a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO que este es el primero de una serie de juicios abreviados que se efectuarán mientras dure la cuarentena. "Es una forma de continuar con el servicio de justicia el cual se adapta a la situación que estamos atravesando", dijo.
