FMI: el Interbloque Federal presentó un proyecto propio
El bloque que integra el diputado García Aresca busca que su propuesta sea debatida en el plenario de comisiones. En conferencia de prensa confirmó que tampoco está dispuesto a votar el plan económico del Gobierno.
El proyecto del gobierno nacional para aprobar el acuerdo con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) sigue restando apoyos. Luego de que Juntos por el Cambio ratificara que no está dispuesto a votar el artículo 2 del texto, que explicita el plan económico que armó Martín Guzmán para alcanzar las metas negociadas con el organismo multilateral de crédito, este miércoles el Interbloque Federal -que integra el diputado Ignacio García Aresca- se expresó en el mismo sentido y presentó una propuesta propia.
"El proyecto que envió el gobierno nacional no sirve. Ese proyecto no colabora a encontrar los apoyos que el Congreso necesita para que la Argentina no entre en default", coincidieron en afirmar los ocho integrantes de ese espacio. Son Graciela Camaño, Florencio Randazzo y Alejandro "Topo" Rodríguez, de Identidad Bonaerense; Carlos Gutiérrez, Natalia de la Sota y García Aresca, de Córdoba Federal, y los socialistas Enrique Estévez y Mónica Fein.
Antes de la conferencia de prensa, en entrevista con LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO, García Aresca anticipaba que iban a apoyar la reestructuración de la deuda para evitar el default pero no avalarán el programa económico que contiene el memorándum firmado con el organismo que dirige la búlgara Kristalina Georgieva,
De esta manera, la tercera fuerza de la Cámara Baja por cantidad de legisladores rechazaba votar la autorización del entendimiento junto a los anexos que contienen las medidas de ajuste, como el aumento de tarifas. "De ese plan económico, de los aciertos y los errores, deberá hacerse cargo quien fue elegido para gobernar", sentenció García Aresca.
La posición de los diputados del Interbloque radical era clave para los planes del Gobierno dado que dos de ellos participarán del plenario de comisiones de Presupuesto y Finanzas donde el oficialismo tiene los votos justos para emitir un dictamen de mayoría.
La coalición que conforman el PRO, la UCR, la CC-ARI, Evolución y Encuentro Federal, entre otros, definió más temprano que sus diferentes sectores votarán unidos, pero sólo acompañarán la toma del crédito excepcional que el Gobierno negoció con el FMI y no el programa económico que la Casa Rosada se comprometió a instrumentar. Para ello, creen que es necesario que se modifique la redacción del proyecto que el oficialismo envió al Congreso.
En una propuesta difundida luego de la conferencia de prensa, el Interbloque Federal se manifestó en el mismo sentido: "Apruébase, en los términos del artículo 2 de la Ley N° 27.612, dentro del marco y con el alcance estricto resultante de la competencia que al Congreso Nacional le asigna el artículo 75 inciso 7 de la Constitución Nacional, el Acuerdo de Facilidades Extendidas solicitado por el Gobierno al Fondo Monetario Internacional con fecha 4 de marzo de 2022, a efecto de refinanciar la deuda existente entre la Argentina y el FMI correspondiente al Acuerdo Stand By suscripto en el año 2018″.
Desde el Interbloque Federal lamentaron que el proyecto del oficialismo, que contiene el programa económico para los próximos años, fue redactado "pensando en la necesidad de un relato político del Gobierno". Y señalaron que sería "catastrófico" que la Argentina cayera en un default "por un capricho" del oficialismo.
Entre ambas comisiones hay 39 diputados del Frente de Todos; 38 de Juntos por el Cambio (20 del PRO, 12 de la UCR, 3 de Evolución y 3 de la Coalición Cívica); dos del Interbloque Federal y uno del interbloque Provincias Unidas.

El Interbloque Federal está compuesto por Graciela Camaño, Florencio Randazzo y Alejandro "Topo" Rodríguez, por Identidad Bonaerense; Carlos Gutiérrez, Natalia de la Sota, Ignacio García Aresca, por Córdoba Federal; y Enrique Estévez, Mónica Fein, del bloque Socialista.
Sin embargo, el Gobierno descarta que con algunas modificaciones tendrá el apoyo en el plenario de comisiones del diputado de Provincias Unidas, Diego Sartori (Frente de la Concordia Misionero).
Ayer, el presidente de la Cámara de Diputados se entrevistó personalmente con todos los jefes de los bloques de la oposición para acercar posiciones. El Interbloque Federal estuvo representado por Alejandro "Topo" Rodríguez, que planteó que la redacción del articulado que defiende el ministro Martín Guzmán "no ayuda a encontrar acuerdos". Buscando una posición equidistantes, también lamentó que Juntos por el Cambio intente quedar "totalmente despegado" de la deuda que contrajo Mauricio Macri en 2018.
Rodríguez recordó que el articulado "es exclusiva potestad del Congreso" y no se mostró preocupado por los tiempos. El oficialismo pretende tratar el proyecto entre jueves y viernes. "Tenemos que buscar la redacción que genere mayores consensos", explicaron desde el espacio.
Previamente Massa se había asegurado todos los votos del oficialismo en la comisión. Los diputados kirchneristas Marcos Cleri, Itai Hagman, Emiliano Estrada y Sergio Palazzo fueron reemplazados dentro de la comisión por no avalar el acuerdo con el FMI.
En su lugar el oficialismo nombró a Mónica Litza y Ramiro Gutiérrez, cercanos a Sergio Massa; Pamela Caletti, referente del gobernador de Salta Gustavo Sáenz, y la jujeña Carolina Moises. Massa también se encargó de que Alicia Aparicio quede como presidenta de la Comisión de Finanzas.
