Eletti: “Hemos decidido poner en marcha la Patrulla Motorizada para detener delincuentes”
El flamante jefe de la comisaría de Frontera analizó la situación que encontró al asumir su nuevo cargo, los reclamos de los vecinos y las primeras acciones que tomó para intentar bajar el índice de inseguridad de una ciudad que la sufre mucho.
Desde el 11 de junio se encuentra al frente de la Zona de Inspección N°5 de Frontera el subcomisario Gastón Eletti, quien proviene de la Unidad Regional 1 de la ciudad de Santa Fe. El nuevo jefe analizó la situación de la seguridad en Frontera y anticipó que en breve la comisaría 6ª recibirá dos motocicletas Corven 250cc que entregó el lunes último en la ciudad de Rafaela el gobernador Omar Perotti.
El jefe policial dijo que estas motocicletas vendrán a sumarse a las tres Honda Tornado que ya posee la dependencia policial y que la idea es repotenciar la Patrulla Motorizada. Ahora, con las nuevas motocicletas, se contaría con cinco unidades.
Acerca de la seguridad en Frontera, Eletti señaló que "hace 15 días que he llegado con mandato de la Unidad Regional V, ya he mantenido reuniones con los vecinos autoconvocados y las autoridades municipales, el planeamiento que hemos hecho en seguridad para la ciudad hasta ahora está dando resultados positivos, hemos implementado la Patrulla Motorizada, la cual hasta el momento está dando muy buenos resultados, se han realizado procedimientos con detenciones en flagrancia, estamos llevando adelante una importante labor con la subcomisaría de Josefina y el destacamento de barrio Acapulco, también el trabajo preventivo lo realizamos junto a la policía de San Francisco, ya que una calle separa ambas ciudades".
La intención es devolverle la tranquilidad al vecino de Frontera, "para eso me han enviado de la Unidad Regional V, en mi caso y el personal que me acompaña, vamos hacer todo lo posible para bajar el índice de inseguridad de la ciudad".
El contacto con los vecinos
El nuevo jefe de Zona confirmó que ya mantuvo reuniones con el grupo denominado vecinos autoconvocados. "Ya hemos tenido varias reuniones con ellos y con el resto de las fuerzas vivas, en estos encuentros nos hicieron llegar distintas inquietudes, les estamos demostrando que con trabajo y esfuerzo se pueden alcanzar los objetivos que ellos plantean".
Sobre el sector de barrio San Javier, lugar en el que dicen que la policía no ingresa, Eletti dijo que "no es así, desde que me hice cargo de la jefatura de zona estoy trabajando en estos barrios periféricos de la ciudad de Frontera, contamos con la colaboración de la Policía de Acción Táctica y la Guardia de Infantería, el trabajo también lo hacemos con personal del Comando Radioeléctrico, estamos llevando adelante operativos que hasta el momento nos han dado muy resultado ya que hemos logrado el secuestro de motos y la detención de personas en conflicto con la ley, en esa zona estamos realizando patrullajes con las motos", aseguró.
La moto, según describió Eletti, es el vehículo elegido por la delincuencia: "el delincuente trata de cometer los hechos de la forma más rápida y elige la motocicleta, por eso hemos decidido poner en marcha la Patrulla Motorizada, para poder detenerlos", explicó el jefe policial y anticipó que en breve llegarán dos motos cero kilómetros la Policía de Frontera.
En relación al robo de cables de telefonía, energía eléctrica y en las últimas semanas la cañería de los aires acondicionados a una escuela, el jefe policial dijo que es un delito muy difícil de prevenir: "Estamos hablando de la sustracción de elementos que no son registrables, para poder evitar los mismos se debe encontrar a los autores en flagrancia, sí me preocupan estos robos, claro que sí, porque no solo se perjudica al vecino, en el caso de los cables, sino que también los edificios escolares en relación a los equipos de aire acondicionado".
Interrogado acerca de un tema que el vecino de Frontera cuestiona cuando hay accidentes o algún hecho con víctimas fatales, es el de la demora que se registra para levantar el cuerpo y realizar las pericias. Sobre esto Eletti aseguró que "eso se ha conversado en las reuniones de seguridad, aquí no se cuenta con un médico policial, lo cual se está gestionando con el jefe de Unidad, necesitamos contar con un profesional médico que actúe en los accidentes de tránsito o cuando se produce algún hecho doloso", afirmó.
Días pasados, la dependencia policial recibió de mano de las autoridades locales un gacebo, y otros elementos que son necesarios para trabajar en la escena del crimen, "esto ha sido un paso muy importante porque antes no contábamos con estos elementos, llegaba el móvil policial y no tenía el personal cómo interrumpir el tránsito o delimitar el lugar, hoy gracias a las autoridades municipales contamos con esos elementos".
Las cámaras de seguridad
Una herramienta, largamente reclamada, no solo por los vecinos, sino también por la Justicia, son las cámaras de seguridad. Sobre este tema, Eletti dijo que "en las reuniones lo estamos hablando, se están haciendo gestiones a nivel gobierno provincial para que Frontera pueda contar con las cámaras de seguridad, todo está plasmado en gestiones".
El jefe de Zona indicó que la idea es formar un gran equipo que trabaje por la seguridad, "para ello nos hemos reunido con la jefa de la Agencia de Investigaciones Criminales (AIC), a los fines de conformar un equipo que trabaje en bien de la seguridad del vecino", finalizó.
