Biocombustibles: Diputados con apoyo de Juntos por el Cambio dio media sanción al proyecto
El proyecto establece un nuevo marco regulatorio y propone un corte del 5% para el gasoil y el biodiesel y del 12% entre las naftas y bioetanol.
El proyecto de ley que crea un nuevo régimen de biocombustibles, impulsado por el Frente de Todos, sumó para su aprobación en Diputados los respaldos de una veintena de legisladores de otras bancadas, entre los que se destacaron ocho de Juntos por el Cambio, pertenecientes a provincias azucareras.
El oficialismo consiguió 135 votos a partir de los 115 propios y de los respaldos del Frente de la Concordia Misionero (3), el Justicialismo (2); Unidad para el Desarrollo (2), Acción Federal (2); Juntos Somos Rio Negro (1), el Movimiento Popular Neuquino (1) y el monobloque Justicia Social, de la tucumana Beatriz Avila, quien hasta 2019 fue aliada de Cambiemos.
Los diputados de Juntos por el Cambio que le dieron el visto bueno al proyecto fueron los jujeños Gabriela Burgos (UCR), Jorge Rizzoti (UCR) y Osmar Monaldi (PRO); los tucumanos José Cano (UCR), Lidia Ascárate (UCR) y Domingo Amaya (PRO) y los sanjuaninos Eduardo Cáceres (PRO) y Marcelo Orrego (aliado PRO).
Esos legisladores acompañaron el proyecto por los beneficios que el nuevo régimen otorga a las provincias azucareras, según explicaron en sus discursos y en declaraciones periodísticas.
Además, los republicanos Héctor Stefani (Tierra del Fuego) y Julio Sahad (La Rioja) fueron las dos únicas abstenciones registradas en la votación.
Los 110 votos en contra, en tanto, correspondieron a Juntos por el Cambio (99); Córdoba Federal (4); Consenso Federal (3); la Izquierda (2); el Socialismo (1) y el Frente Progresista (1).
Al momento de la votación se registraban ocho ausentes: 3 del PRO; 2 de la UCR; 1 de la Coalición Cívica y 2 del Frente de Todos.
