8M en Expoagro: Diversidad, inclusión y equidad para potenciar la agroindustria
La Red de Mujeres Rurales realizó su jornada en el anfiteatro Agripay, donde abordó diferentes temas relacionados con el cambio de paradigma. Plantean también una visión que contemple la igualdad y la diversidad como base del ecosistema agroindustrial del futuro.
Bajo el título "Mujeres en Expoagro- propuestas para potenciar la agroindustria", la Red de Mujeres Rurales realizó su jornada en el anfiteatro Agripay, donde abordó diferentes temas relacionados con el cambio de paradigma y la necesidad de instalar nuevas conversaciones en torno a la rentabilidad vinculada con el cambio climático y la sostenibilidad.
Esta transición hacia empresas y organizaciones en sintonía con el nuevo paradigma, plantea también una visión que contemple la igualdad en las condiciones de acceso, la inclusión y la diversidad como base del ecosistema agroindustrial del futuro.
"Expoagro siempre es muy importante para la red porque nos permite mostrar la agenda que vamos a tener durante todo el año y proponer un poner o conversatorio que este año tiene a la sequía como centro de escena", comentó María Beatriz "Pilu" Giraudo, ingeniera agrónoma de la localidad de Zenón Pereyra e integrante de la Red.
En diálogo con LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO y AM 1050, Giraudo precisó que "estuvimos compartiendo posibles herramientas como las aplicaciones, la diversificación e integración de los sistemas de producción para disminuir riesgos. También, la problemática de no contar con seguros multirriesgos, una materia pendiente para el sector".
La profesional resaltó la importancia de contar con una Red de Mujeres Rurales: "tener una red que nos muestre a todas y a nuestras organizaciones, acelera los procesos. Cuando empezás a compartir te das cuentas que las realidades son diferentes".
Por su parte, la productora tambera de la localidad de Alicia, Marisa Boschetti aseguró que "todas debemos ayudar a llevar esta bandera que muchas veces se torna pesada", reconoció.
No obstante celebró que las primeras metas "se van cumpliendo". "Es gratificante empezar a ver que las mujeres manejan la producción agropecuaria si ninguna diferencia con los hombres; eso nos empodera y nos hace más grandes".
En otro orden, Giraudo manifestó que el desafío es seguir sumando mujeres y sobre todo alcanzar a las nuevas generaciones. "Necesitamos tener mucha representatividad. Somos muy diversas no solo por el territorio en que vivimos, sino por las actividades que llevamos a cabo, los conocimientos y roles que tenemos cada una", sostuvo.
"Cuanto más seamos, más diversidad y eso significa mayor enriquecimiento dentro de la red posibilidades de generar proyectos para dar respuesta a las necesidades reales", agregó.
A futuro sueñan con una red global. "Ya tenemos contacto con otro grupo de mujeres en el mundo, pero vamos paso a paso primero para afianzarnos en la Argentina", concluyó.
